		<description>I&#039;m not sure how telling people to &quot;grow up&quot; (though you phrased it more politely as &quot;In 9 months time, we must have matured&quot;) is going to settle any tempers. Of course, I&#039;m confused as to why there are tempers on this topic to begin with. Either a LoCo needs money or a LoCo does not. This is rather easily quantifiable, and I&#039;m not sure why anybody&#039;s wasting time debating in when all they need to do is prove it, as you are in the process of. 

It also boggles the mind that people apparently don&#039;t understand that not all LoCos are going to be equal. One may very well not need any money, while another one might need quite a bit.</description>

		<description>I think this needs to be addressed. I was glad to see someone step up and address it. I&#039;m sorry to hear that some (I really have no idea who) seem to have issues and can&#039;t participate in a discussion. Ubuntu is big and getting bigger. Loco teams are big part of that. I think it would be good if they were organized under a more formal umbrella with some sort of budget to work from. I don&#039;t mind advocating Ubuntu but I do believe there should be some corporate involvement and support - especially for things that are more or less advertising.</description>
