Going to be a super low power Ubu server box. Didn't find a suitable miniATX case, but a simple Antec Solo midATX one will do fine along with two GBs of RAM. What power supply did you end up buying? (Antec EarthWatts 380 for me, the smallest they make) However, I still have trouble finding up to date packages for the console or web based BitTorrent clients.
